Hydro Power Plant Fully Automated Control System

We developed a customized fully automated control system for 3 Megawatt Hydropower plant.

Tasks included: design, fabrication and installation of 3 independent control panels, field wiring for all motors, controllers and sensors all over the power plant, program for fully automated Speed controlling Governer PID system, bridge coupling mechanism with all alarming system and online status monitoring website.

Fog Cannon Machine for dust reduction

We developed customized fully automated Fog cannon machines with remote control functions. Those machines contain high-pressure blowers, dual high-pressure water pump system and gear motorized angle control system.

Tasks included: design, fabrication and installation of Fog cannon machine structures, control panels and wiring for all motors, controllers and sensors.

Water Treatment Plant Motor Control System

We install pump control systems for water treatment plants of government waterboard projects. That System contains Analog power analyzing meters, Power protection, power factor correction unit and redundancy stand by system.

Task included: design, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of the pump control system.

Automated weight printing conveyor System

Production line end packaging weighing conveyors used to measure the actual weight of product using loadcells and print the value outside of the container in run time.

Task included: design, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of the VFD control weighing conveyor system.
